Well not really, let’s get some perspective here but Costco are selling big twin pack Pizza Express margaritas for £6 and I buckled. It’s cheating I know but I made a really nice carbonara-esque sauce last night and served up some wonderful pasta & onion bread. Yes, I made the onion bread so perhaps that’s redemption?
