I watched the episode from the 4th January 2012 and thought it was pretty good, some good tips on breadmaking at the very least. The main reason for watching is that I was alerted to the fact that they’ve got the large version of the Dingley Dell pizza oven that I have. One thing to note about theirs is that aside from being inside, it’s also very well insulated which gives a much steadier temperature.
Anyway, the point is, on the 11th their show mentions pizza so it could be worth a watch
