What apparel would want the job of entering a 700 degree + pizza oven aside from the peel or my gloved-hand? At the moment I’m using what can only be described as a wire brush on a stick. And for 2 years it’s done well but it’s time to put it out to pasture and welcome in the latest asset – the brass-wired brush / scraper thingy combo unit. Catchy huh?
Now needs a pole shoving up its jacksy.
