I’ve been making my own pizzas from scratch here in the UK since about 2005. Over that period I have learned a few things that I wish I’d known at the start. I’ve searched loads of sites, trawled YouTube, asked pizza chefs and watched plenty of cookery programs and I reckon I have just about nailed it. You’re going to need a few bits and pieces but don’t panic, it won’t cost much and you’ll soon make it back when you no longer buy-in or order take-away pizza. Plus, it’s a bit of fun and there’s always something new to learn or try.
