Tonight’s pizza was one of my favourite toppings, chicken and jalapeño peppers. I also heavily griddled some red pepper and onion – something I don’t normally add to this one but I was in the mood so what the hell. The other nice thing was that Mrs Pizzageek bought some buffalo mozzarella just before Xmas so it was nice to find that lurking in the fridge.
Today I added a short video to the Putting it all Together page showing our method of how to transport the pizza into the oven. May you have many upright pizzas as a result of watching. Incidentally, the picture you see on this post is the result of that video…slurp!
The chicken for Christmas Day has done rather well. On Xmas day it fed 3 hungry adults, then it was used on 2 pizzas for Boxing Day and tomorrow the remaining meat will be picked off for sarnies and the carcass boiled to make fresh stock for the gravy as we’re having 7 over for lunch. Goes a long way does a chicken… Merry Christmas…boc boc boc-aaah!
