Confession, good for the soul apparently. Here’s one; haven’t made pizza since early December. Since the mixer died, I’ve had a ton of work and a list of terrible excuses a mile long. I fully expect to have a new mixer in the forthcoming weeks but might make a batch by hand as it really is too long a gap. And there’s all those San Marzano toms just sitting there looking at me. Of course I’m not going to use them in regular cooking!
